Album Announcement - Forced To Worship

The thrash metal coven Phantom Witch is hexing 2023 with the announcement of their brand-new full-length release, entitled Forced to Worship, scheduled to release this summer. With this release, the Bay Area thrashers have carved out their own place among Thrash greats both old and new. Phantom Witch placed in national finals for the 2022 Wacken Metal battle, among the best unsigned bands in the country.

Touted as the "Future of Bay Area Metal" by Thrash Veteran Steve "Zetro" Souza, Forced to Worship sees Phantom Witch evolve the sound of their first release, pushing to new technical, melodic, and dynamic heights.

In celebration of the announcement of Forced to Worship, Phantom Witch has released a brand-new lyric video featuring a brand-new track Psychogenic Death which will be featured on the upcoming album.

Phantom Witch drummer Q Minor says: "Forced to Worship is a concept record that follows the story of a Knight and his fall from grace. He becomes disillusioned after his order accuses his wife of witchcraft and burns her at the stake. The record has a ton of twists and turns, culminating with a familiar track - The Guillotine, which released back in 2020."
